‘Super Mochi’ is a web experience for the brand Mochi inspired by Kpop fandom culture.

The chances of a fan becoming a Kpop star is pretty small but what if, as a way to increase brand awareness, users were able to form their own pop group, where they are a pop-star for a day? 

The campaign utilised Spotify's available API’s to pull information from the users’ listening history. Their personalised group would be dependent on their most listened to artists.

The end experience includes: the user’s personalised pop group, their come-up story, awards and achievements and their ‘20 year prophecy’.
